How to use bath & body oils? The oils are very volatile. Therefore you have to add drops of water moments before entering the bathroom. 10 drops are enough, but you can put as many as are needed to satisfy your desires. It is recommended that you mix with your favorite oil and an oil that contains vitamin E, essential oil helps to persist as long as the water surface, usually being placed just under running water. Aromatic vapor will rise from the water and reach the respiratory system; the mind will become calm and give you the opportunity to focus on you. Soaps, candles, are also of help, but cannot be compared with direct contact of oil through water bath.
