Bath
In many Southern European countries, France and Britain, sauna baths are more common than in other countries. Here, nudity is not forbidden like in other saunas, but it happens to be rigorously mentioned that bathers from these countries may go to other countries if they want to take such a bath. Sauna sessions tend to be shorter and cold showers are avoided by most. In Britain, where public baths are becoming increasingly fashionable, the practice appeared to rotate sauna and Jacuzzi in short sessions.

In Latin America, in special regions mountainous of southern Mexico and Guatemala, a version of the sauna indigenous in America, called temazcal, is quite popular. Temazcal site is usually built of clay or stone and has a lower roof. Temazcal's enclosure is usually divided by a large family. Contrary to European culture on the sauna, tezmacal site is more social than an individual activity. Some washed in tezmacal, soap, or a more traditional framework, with herbs and medicinal plants. Some use only tezmacalul evening, so the output can feel cold air coolness of the evening. Some usually bath in tezmacal 2-3 times a week.

In Africa generally, saunas are kept at temperatures much lower than in Europe. Public baths have a long tradition in bathing culture. Many public baths and saunas in part from different backgrounds. Unfortunately for sauna enthusiasts in the United States, sauna culture is not widespread. To avoid risks, many saunas operate at moderate temperatures and pouring hot water over stones is not allowed. Users enter and leave the sauna at will, alternately naked, equipped training suit, or pop in wet bathing suits.

Sauna man is a little elf that is thought to live in the sauna. He was always treated with respect; otherwise people can cause many problems. It was a common thing to heat up the sauna just for brownie once in a while, or leave food out for him. They say he warn people if a fire threatening the sauna, or punished people who behaved inappropriately in the sauna - for example, If they were caught sleeping, playing or behaving in other words, they were considered immoral. That is why sometimes some people were severely punished.
