How To Take A Bath
Did you ever ask yourself how to take a bath? Or thought you at least knew how to do that. To take a bath is an enjoyable experience whether you relax or clean yourself up. Taking a bath is now simple for us, but all that we know now we had to learn once. The obvious and first step is to prepare your tub.
Turn the faucet on and let the water fill in your tub. Don’t forget that due to the body weight the water lever will rise so let some space in the tub. Choose the water temperature that suits you the most and add salts or bath milk. The water temperature could be increased if you want to, during the bath. You can play some music for audio stimulation. Get out of your clothes and step into the bath. Before you do that prepare some new and fresh cloth for you to dress after you get out of the bath.
Enjoy yourself, breathe deeply, close your eyes and relax. Take some time just to lie there. Clear your mind. Wash away all the bad thoughts. Baths should be taken in no hurry. Don’t even answer the phone. My motto is that whoever wants to reach you, will call again. Don’t let anyone spoil this quality time with yourself. Pamper, massage and scrub every little part of you. Wash your face, some of you might even wash their teeth while in the tub. Wash you hair once or twice and use conditioner to make it smooth. Rinse yourself once again with the shower head.
You can now get out of the bath. Pat skin dry and apply some body lotion. Deodorant should also be used. Then dress yourself up. The towel should be kept on the wet hair for several minutes to absorb the water. Apply a facial mask. Pour a glass of your favourite drink. Take a seat and relax some more. Read a book, watch TV or other activity that you prefer. You can now leave your hair down. Let it dry freely.
During summer you don’t have to close the bath’s window. Let the air come in. Time is very important for health. After a hectic day at work and at home, taking a bath is an excellent choice. Choose from the wide variety of bath products. There are bath balls, fizzy bath cubes scented with bergamot , lime or lemon or if you are more traditional use bath salts. Pungent ginger comes in the creamy version. Another way of how to take a bath and of appreciating ingredients like cardamom, avocado, jojoba and orange.
There are also : grape seed oil, anise, shea butter, spearmint, lemon and coconut. Ideal for chilling are the vanilla and lavender milk.
